This is a student Trombone |

This is a student trombone, for beginners only. Honestly, once you become a decent player and get a professional trombone and if you ever play this horn again you will find it lacking in the ability to play clear crisp notes at anything above fortissimo in the lower register. On top of that you will also find it extremely hard to play softer than a metsopiano and still hold out a note without it trying to slip to a different octave. Once you out grow this horn you will probably never use it again, but as far as a starting trombone goes it is not a bad route to take.

My child was required by the school to get the best trombone for the student and this was it!
You can't go wrong with it... it costs a bit more but you can always resell it since its value doesn't go down.
