Every Kentucky Artist mandolin is meticulously hand-crafted from the finest materials to produce the finest possible instrument for players of every level. The redesigned KM-250 Artist A-model series of mandolins is no exception. With upgraded woods and specifications throughout, we can offer the serious player some of the finest new instruments whose rich tone and quick response continues to improve as the instrument ages. Once again setting the standard for quality and value. Available in Traditional Sunburst and Burgundy

Solid, hand-carved and graduated spruce tops with Burgundy finish
Solid, hand-carved flamed maple back and sides
One piece maple neck with dovetail neck/body joint at 14th fret
Nitro-cellulose finish
Bound and radiused rosewood fingerboard with m.o.p. dot position markers and modern extension over the body
Bound “Snakehead” peghead with rosewood overlay inlaid with Kentucky script and “La Spada” inlay of abalone and pearl
