Delivery Time: Estimated shipping times are listed on the items page at the end of the product description. e.g. Please allow 5 - 9 business days for delivery. These dates are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes out of stock items that we were not made aware of by the manufacturer, lost shipments by UPS, FedEx, or the USPS.
- Orders submitted with the wrong billing information will need verification and therefore will be delayed and the above shipping policies will not apply. We ask that you please enter your billing address & phone number exactly as stated on your credit card statement so that your order may be processed efficiently.
Terms of Sale: We make every attempt to present accurate information on our site and we correct any errors as we identify them. However, due to changes in descriptions, images, availability, and prices - some products are subject to correction or change without notice. You may verify product information by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-860-4077. A binding contract for the sale of the goods concerned does not exist until they are physically shipped and the customer's credit card is debited. If an honest mistake is made on the part of the seller we will contact you and you would not be responsible for keeping the sale in place.
Backordered Items: InstrumentalSavings makes every reasonable effort to post accurate information about the availability of each item and when backordered items will become available. However, the information on our site is only as current as the most recent report provided by the manufacturers. Occasionally there is a lag between posted and actual status. We will make every effort to keep you informed if a backorder is further delayed.

Ordering FAQs
Are the instruments used? All instruments we carry are brand new direclty from the manufacture. Occasionally, we do have blemished, refurnished, and/or open boxed items only available on special promotional sales. When we do have such sales, those items will be clearly identified as not new instruments.
Do you offer discounts? We offer free 5-7 day shipping on orders over $199. Any faster shipping method will be at the normal cost. We have discount specials like $5.00 Off on Orders $99+, $10.00 Off on Orders $299+, $15.00 Off on Orders $399+ etc., however, they are subject to change without notice.
What if I see a better price somewhere else? Call or email us!
My order is not in stock, what happens now? Monday to Friday - we will contact you within 24 hours via email or phone call. Please log into your account and see the alternative choices/options or similar items recommended (all base on availability).
Is the website secure enough to order? Our website is secured by McAfee Secure, and is tested daily. Furthermore, if you use a credit card, the complete number is not stored in our system for additional security. We also offer 24/7 phone and chat service to take orders and answer questions.
What if I want to buy something that I don't see on your site? Please call us, we would love to talk to you. We are a fully authorize dealer with Roland, Yamaha, Korg, Conn-Selmer, etc.
I am having trouble getting through to the 1800 phone #? If our phone lines are busy or the hold time is too long (we sincerely apologize), please contact our retail store directly, and we can assist you. Store hours are 10am-8pm (PST), Monday - Sunday, 714-528-5300.
Shipping FAQs
Do you have expedited shipping? Yes, we do offer UPS expedited and Saturday shipping options. In addition, we can also ship using Fedex. In come cases, we can even use our customer's shipping account to bill.
What do you mean by "Usually Ships in 24 to 48 Hours?" Most items leaves our warehouse(s) within 24-48 hours and that includes our processing, packing, and handling time. When the item leaves our warehouse, they are generally shipped UPS or Fedex Ground, unless the item ship expedited (3-Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight).
Are all shipping method include shipping insurance? Yes, we fully insure all items against damage, theft, and lost shipments.
Is the cost of shipping refundable? No, shipping cost is not refundable; it is the cost of transit. It is a service, and can't be reversed. It is like the cost of driving back an item to the store where an item was purchased to make a return/exchange.
Do you ship to international locations? We do ship internationally, to Canada, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Australia, Italy, Japan, etc. Please give us a call before placing your order to ensure that your item ships properly, because some items are over sized and/or need special customs paperwork.

How can I pay for my order? Please see our payment options, click here.
Non-USA issued credit cards? We cannot accept credit cards issued from non USA banks except from Canada and Puerto Rico since we are unable to verify billing information. We recommend PayPal for international orders.
Can I pay with a personal check or electronic/e-check? Yes, however, for personal/business checks, the order will not be process until the check is deposited and clears the bank account after 7 business days. It is our standard procedure to make sure the check deposited in the bank does not bounced or is not fraudulent.
Can I have more than one shipping address? Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want. We only ship to addresses on file with your credit card company to protect customers and our company due to the high amount of fraud with online purchases related to pro audio and musical instruments. With this policy, we can continue to offer our customers lower prices and better value. If your shipping address is not on file with your credit card company, just call the 1-800 number on the back of the card (it only takes a few minutes) and tell them to put the shipping address in the 'notes section' of your customer file. If you ask to add a shipping address, most credit card companies will not let you so please remember the 'notes section'.
How do I check the status of my order? Click on the Login button and log in if you haven't already. Then click the link marked Order Tracking. Just log on and choose "Pending Orders" or "Orders" then click the button. (Your order is considered "Pending" until is reviewed and approved by our staff. Once approved it becomes an "Order.") A page of all Orders pertaining to your account will be displayed. Click on a line item for details. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.
How do I cancel an order? To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service TEAM at 1-800-860-4077 and they will process your cancellation.
What are the benefits of registration? As a registered customer, you become entitled to special discount programs and promotional pricing offers. These programs would become available to you not only on orders you place at our web store but also to orders through other channels.
I already have an account with you. Do I need to register myself again on your web store? No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name and password. You can login and then change your password.
Can I place an order without registering my account? Yes, however, you will have to call in your order. No anonymous orders can be done online. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your billing or shipping information on future visits to shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.
