The gong's guality is just as it was descibed on the web site. Very clear and rich, especially for the price. Also attractive. When a question arose, the customer service representative took immediate initiative to assure that the order was processed correctly. It was also very expedient. After viewing a seminar given by Eckhart Tolle and experiencing how he used a chime to facilitate focus and a spirit of meditation, I decided to try the same. I am very pleased with the results. This product is of good quality, works nicely at a price that is very reasonable. I would certainly recommend this site/business to a friend.
